The room was spacious, but the parking was a tight squeeze at times.

Thoroughly enjoyed Des Moines, the hotel was well-designed in the middle of jackson. The staff was very nice providing the information. Stayed at a spacious room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, for example. It was a comfortable experience.

Good kitchenette setup for late-night snacks. The spaciousness of the suite provided ample room for family activities between adventures.

Parking situation could get pretty tight, especially if you're rolling in late. The bathroom faucet installation seemed off, delivering water too close to the edge. A lack of ventilation in the bathroom leads to a humid atmosphere that could use improvement.

The lobby smelled horrible and I found hairs on my sheets, how good. The bathroom faucet must've been installed by a toddler, and where was my complimentary snack? Not to mention, I expected a greeting of some sort instead of just the same old treatment everyone else receives. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Just stayed four nights at Home2 Suites, and we loved the spacious suite! The kitchen was perfect for snacks, and breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. Parking was a tight squeeze, especially on busy nights, but it was easy to walk to nearby dining spots.

The parking situation was abhorrent. Finding a spot was like a game of musical chairs, and maneuvering the tight spaces was frustrating, especially at peak hours. The bathroom faucet was quite a disaster-installed incorrectly, leading to a watery mess every time I tried to wash my hands. This was compounded by the absence of proper ventilation in the bathroom, leaving it uncomfortably humid after showers. I couldn't believe the lack of attention to these details.

Perfect for family visits

The front desk staff were helpful when we arrived. Michael and Carolynn really were really nice. Plus, the breakfast was solid, especially the waffles!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the experience, I'd say it was still worth it.

Great location for Drake University. Our suite was spacious and the kitchen was handy. Breakfast offered lots of choices. Staff were available and helpful throughout our stay.

Had a blast staying with friends! Enjoyed visiting the beautiful campus, especially while checking out the Master's programs in Organizational Leadership and Counseling. The hotel was cozy, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchenettes for late-night snacks. Don't miss out on the nearby parks and dining options-they're awesome!

Only downside was the parking situation. It got hectic at times, especially on game days. Just be prepared to plan ahead if you're driving.

It's just a short 15-minute stroll to the beautiful Pappajohn Sculpture Park was good.
